Beauty Boss Accountant UK is a trading name of Hayes Worth & Stone Accountancy Services Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What information we collect
- Contact details you provide via our contact form, email, booking links or Money Circle enquiries (name, business name, email, phone, message).
- Information you share during a discovery call or onboarding so we can quote and deliver our services.
- Technical data automatically collected by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide the accountancy, advisory and Money Circle services you’ve asked about.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a UK accountancy practice (including anti-money-laundering checks where applicable).
- To send service-related communications. We will not add you to marketing lists without consent.
Our lawful bases for processing are contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where required.
Who we share it with
We only share personal data with trusted providers that help us deliver our service, including:
- Our website host and email provider.
- Accounting and practice-management software we use to deliver client work (e.g. Xero).
- HMRC, Companies House and other authorities where we are legally required to do so.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We retain client records for the period required by HMRC and our professional body (typically 6 years after the end of the engagement). Enquiry data that does not become a client relationship is deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your data (subject to our legal retention obligations).
- Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent at any time.
- Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
